Mission Statement

Katy Rheumatology & Associates provides patient care of individuals with Rheumatologic diseases, diseases of the joints, the muscles and the bones. Our mission is to provide quality and evidence based healthcare with compassion and sincerity.

History

Katy Rheumatology celebrates 4 years of meeting it's patient's needs. Physician members include Dr. Padma Chimata. Together as a team they have expanded services to include, an infusion center, on site lab, and bone density testing for osteoporosis.

Padma Chimata, MD

Dr. Padma Chimata  received her MD from University of Illinois, UIC Christ Advocate medical center. After completing her Internal medicine residency she completed her fellowship at IUPUI, Indiana University both in Rheumatology and Geriatric-Rheumatology. Dr. Chimata  is board certified in rheumatology and internal medicine. She is a fellow in the American College of Rheumatology and American College of Physicians. Dr. Chimata is the founder of Katy Rheumatology & Associates and has been in private practice since 2007. She is currently on staff with Memorial Hermann Hospitals - Katy branch, Christus St Catherine hospital and New Methodist hospital on the west campus Starting 2011.

Our Medical Practice

Our medical practice offers diagnosis and treatment of various musculoskeletal diseases. We are accepting new patients aged 18 years and older. Most insurances are accepted.
