Infusion Therapy is therapy where drugs are sent directly to the bloodstream by using an Intravenous route. There are multiple biological treatment now available to treat diseases like Rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Psoriasis and Psoriatic arthritis, Crohn's and Ulcerative colitis related arthritis, Vasculitis, and Osteoporosis management.
Katy Rheumatology & Associates has a four chair infusion suite with state of the art equipments and HDTV for entertainment. Our infusion nurse is well trained and has more than 18 years of experience with infusion therapies in the field of oncology and rheumatology. We have an on site physician to oversee the infusion therapy for the patient for the entire therapy duration. Our staff is BLS, CPR and ACLS certified.
