Autoimmune conditions such as RA often cause joint pain, which can make it challenging to stay active. However, gentle, regular exercise can help support healthy circulation and ease stiffness, making it easier to go about your daily routine. 

You don’t want to overdo it, and balance is key. Start with simple exercises, like walking, cycling, or swimming. Partnering with a physical therapist or similar specialist can help you develop a custom treatment plan that fits your fitness level and reduces your risk of injury.
